NAME
       FcStrDowncase - create a lower case translation of a string

SYNOPSIS

       FcChar8 * FcStrDowncase (const FcChar8 *s);

DESCRIPTION
       Allocates memory, copies s, converting upper case letters to lower case
       and returns the allocated buffer.
